{ Grandparents Portrait Sessions }

It is a precious gift to surround a child in a culture of love, acceptance, and joy-filled delight – and grandparents seem to be perfectly suited for this job!  In a recent survey conducted with grandmothers at all stages of life, one theme kept recurring – the desire to convey unconditional love in each encounter with their grandchildren.  What better way to convey this love than to create purposeful interactions between the generations, centered on activities and interests that each can enjoy, and capture these moments through photographs that leave a lasting legacy of the love and importance of family.  Taking the time to show you care by sharing your time and passions as you discover your grand-kids’ interests will go a long way in creating the memories you want to last.

Because every individual is so unique, and the relationships between the generations so distinctive and special, we do not offer cookie-cutter family portrait sessions! Instead, we take the time to find out what is meaningful to you…and how you would like to share time with your grandchild. Suggested activities might be:

*Kite-flying at the beach
*Baking cookies or decorating cupcakes
*Planting a spring garden
*Exploring a local tidepool
*Hosting a dress-up tea party for your granddaughter
*Teaching your grandchild how to play golf, baseball, or throw the perfect spiral
